About Us Drift Palm Springs is home to Maleza - the hottest new restaurant in Palm Springs! With our beautiful dining room, spacious bar with over 100 carefully curated agave spirits, elevated Baja-influenced menu, and comfortable patio complete with a cozy fireplace and view of our pool & grounds, it's a place you'll be proud to work! Got great energy, sharp instincts, and a love for hospitality that actually feels like hospitality? Maleza is looking for a full-time Bartender to join our team and bring the vibe behind the bar. What You'll Be Doing Crafting cocktails, pouring wine & beer, and delivering consistent, high-quality drinks Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly Creating a welcoming, fun, and polished guest experience Working closely with the service team to keep the night flowing Showing up ready to hustle, collaborate, and represent the Maleza brand What We're Looking For Open Availability (Sunday & Monday Availability Required!) 1 year prior bartending experience preferred Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and detail-oriented Reliable, punctual, and professional, because our team counts on you Why Maleza?
