Thompson Palm Springs is seeking an engaging and hospitality-driven Full Time, Seasonal Lola Rose Barback to join the Lola Rose Grand Mezze team!

As a Barback of Lola Rose Grand Mezze, you have a passion for creating unique guest experiences and supporting a culture of exceptional hospitality, great design, and superlative service, all with a sharp sense of humor.

Barbacks are responsible for supporting the bar team by ensuring bartenders have the tools, products, and resources needed to deliver exceptional service. The right person will develop extensive knowledge of our beverage offerings while maintaining an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar environment. Our Lola Rose Grand Mezze Barbacks play a critical role in the guest experience by anticipating the needs of the bar team, replenishing supplies, preparing garnishes, stocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and assisting with bar setup and breakdown.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, assisting with opening and closing duties, removing used glassware, restocking inventory, and supporting efficient beverage service throughout the shift. This role creates an efficient start to the day while driving guest satisfaction and team readiness. The Barback will ensure operational standards are upheld throughout breakfast, lunch, and all bar service periods while contributing to a seamless and memorable guest experience.

This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.
