• We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
• Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
• Experience
• Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
• Knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is beneficial
• Experience with banquet service is an advantage
