Duties Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages to ensure smooth service throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness of the bar area through regular cleaning, bar cleaning, and sanitation practices in compliance with food service bar safety standards Buss tables and clear used glassware or dishes promptly to keep the bar inviting and organized Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and food handling equipment safely and efficiently Support food preparation activities when needed, including basic food handling and catering setup Ensure proper cash handling and POS system operation using Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate transactions Uphold excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs in a friendly, professional manner while supporting venue beverage service operations Experience At least one year previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with bar experience or bartender support roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position Knowledge of food industry safety standards, including food handling and venue beverage safety compliance Experience with POS systems such as Toast is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and serve customers confidently Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during busy service periods This role offers an engaging environment where your energy and dedication directly contribute to memorable guest experiences.
