They are responsible for keeping pars maintained and the bar properly stocked and cleaned at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare all bar garnishes Set up area juicing area and make fresh juices Label and date everything to ensure only fresh items are used Ice all wells and keep them maintained throughout service Maintain bar top, glassware, juices, and garnishes throughout shift Restock beer, wines, and liquors as needed Assist bartenders and baristas Take trash out from bar area and replace bag liners Take all dirty glassware and dishes back to dish pit Put away and organize bar deliveries Help breakdown bar after service Restock liquor cage and coolers Has knowledge of Nobu Next Step service To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Able to prepare juices according to recipe specifications including the proper usage of ingredients and mixing techniques. Maintain excellent organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Meets legal age requirements for the position (18+) Must possess a valid Food Handler Card
