What You'll Do As a Bartender at AC Hotel Palo Alto, you'll: Curate exceptional cocktail and beverage experiences with precision and creativity Welcome guests warmly, offering recommendations and guiding them through our drink offerings Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails with expert technique and consistency Deliver outstanding service while managing the bar and assisting guests in both bar and dining spaces Maintain a polished, well-stocked bar that invites conversation and elevates the guest journey Engage with guests, learning their preferences and creating a personalized experience Work collaboratively with front and back of house teams to ensure seamless service Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible service protocols What We're Looking For You'll thrive in this role if you: Have deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation Are passionate about guest service and creating moments of connection Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment Can lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time Hold a current and valid license to serve alcohol in California (required) Are 21 years of age or older Bring prior bartending or hospitality experience in upscale or luxury environments Why Join AC Hotel Palo Alto?
