About Us Yutori is an new and upcoming Japanese restaurant for high-quality cuisine, warm hospitality, a curated beverage program featuring sake, Japanese whisky, cocktails, and premium spirits. We are seeking a Lead Bartender to oversee and elevate the cocktail program at our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate has experience in upscale hospitality, strong knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and a proven ability to create original recipes and seasonal menus. This role includes leading bar operations, training staff, developing cocktail offerings, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail program Create seasonal and signature cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and modern techniques Ensure consistent preparation, presentation, and quality of all beverages Lead bar service and uphold fine dining hospitality standards Train, mentor, and develop bartenders Collaborate with chefs and management on special events, and menu development Manage inventory, ordering, and beverage costs Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations Qualifications Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant, cocktail bar, hotel, or fine dining environment Demonstrated experience creating cocktail menus and original recipes Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Excellent guest engagement and hospitality skills Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is equal parts bartender, host, and creative professional.
