The Role As a Yiaya Team Member , you're one of the first people our guests meet. You'll welcome customers, explain the Yiaya experience, help them discover flavors and toppings, operate the POS and yogurt bar, keep the store beautiful and make sure guests feel genuinely taken care of. We aren't looking for scripted customer service. We're looking for naturally friendly people. The Guest Experience When someone walks into Yiaya, we want them to feel noticed.

A simple:

"Hi! Welcome to Yiaya." And if it's their first visit: "Is this your first time with us? I'll show you how everything works." You'll help guests discover our Greek yogurt, frozen yogurt flavors, fresh toppings, seasonal creations and Yiaya favorites. You should be comfortable making recommendations and talking about food. What You'll Do Welcome every guest warmly. Explain the Yiaya concept to first-time customers. Help guests understand flavors, toppings and seasonal specials. Operate the POS accurately. Assist with yogurt service and the topping experience. Keep cups, spoons, napkins and supplies stocked. Replenish toppings when needed. Keep counters and guest areas beautiful. Clear and clean tables. Handle small spills immediately. Maintain the entrance and customer-facing areas. Support online/takeaway orders. Help the Kitchen & Prep Lead when appropriate. Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures. Help with opening and closing duties. At Yiaya, there is no: "That's not my job." If something needs attention, we take care of it. Who We're Looking For Experience is welcome, but personality matters even more. You might have worked in a café, restaurant, bakery, ice cream shop, coffee shop or retail environment.
