For over 15 years, The Speakeasy has been one of Pasadena's premier cocktail destinations, known for exceptional service, craft cocktails, and an atmosphere unlike anywhere else. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years bartending experience Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Outgoing personality with exceptional guest engagement skills Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Nights and weekends required Responsibilities Prepare cocktails consistently and efficiently Engage guests and create memorable experiences Maintain a clean and organized bar Work closely with servers and support staff Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Uphold The Speakeasy's standards of hospitality and professionalism Our Expectations We can teach cocktails. We cannot teach hospitality.
