Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Converse about the beers we have on tap
• Upsell all food and beer products
• Greet members in a friendly and courteous manner
• Present menus, make recommendations and take food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Ensure guests feel welcome at the restaurant
• Build a rapport with guests to create a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and attending to their needs throughout their visit. Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Clean and prepare the dining areas
• Ensure the bar/server section is always organized, stocked, and clean

Local Minimum Expected hours: 25-30 per week, Evenings & Weekends are mandatory

Shift:

4 shifts, 5-7 Hour per shift, both AM /

PM Requirements:

• Minimum restaurant experience of 5 years
• Minimum bartending/serving experience of 5 years
• Minimum POS experience of 5 years
• Nights & Weekend availability
• Holiday availability

License/Certification:

• ABC/RBS
• Food Handler Certification
• Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (California)
