We focus on thoughtful service, curated wines from around the world, and creating a calm, elevated environment where guests can explore, learn, and enjoy at their own pace. We are looking for passionate wine professionals who value hospitality as much as knowledge. Job Responsibilities Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive table service Guide guests through our wine list with confidence and enthusiasm Make thoughtful wine recommendations based on guest preferences Open and serve wine tableside with proper technique Accurately input orders and manage tabs using POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations Communicate effectively with management and bar staff Uphold all service, safety, and alcohol compliance standards What We're Looking For Wine knowledge required (formal certifications a plus, not required) Prior server and/or sommelier experience preferred Genuine passion for wine and hospitality Professional, calm, and polished demeanor Strong communication and guest-engagement skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working in a quiet, upscale service environment What We Offer Competitive pay + tips A professional, respectful workplace Ongoing wine education and tastings Opportunity to grow within The Speakeasy Group Work in a unique, one-of-a-kind wine program
