Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events such as banquets or special occasions. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Stay informed about menu items, drink specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus; proficiency in cash handling is essential. Basic math skills for accurate cash management and drink preparation measurements. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
