Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings. Maintain knowledge of beverage recipes, new trends in mixology, and current promotions to enhance guest experience. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, including food handling procedures and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while managing time effectively. Experience Proven experience as a bartender Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques, beverage recipe development, wine varieties, craft beer options, and spirits. Familiarity with Toast for processing transactions efficiently. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks through excellent time management skills in fast-paced environments. Experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices. Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
