Your ability to engage with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist in training new staff members Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Requirements Proven experience as a Server/Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or hospitality settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently. Knowledge of food handling practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
