Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and balance registers at shift end. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Assist with food service when needed, including serving appetizers or snacks to complement drinks. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking promptly. Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently juggling multiple orders during busy hours while ensuring quality service. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling techniques, and responsible serving practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and overall hospitality math proficiency. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus; experience working in the food industry or retail math skills are beneficial.
