We are currently hiring for the following positions:

SERVER:

We are looking for experienced, service-oriented, professional servers, with a passion for food and cocktails as well as a background in full service. Server candidates must have previous experience in a fine dining restaurant as well as extensive food and wine knowledge. Hospitality is a must. Need evening and weekend availability, flexibility a plus.

MIXOLOGIST/BARTENDER

We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and passionate person who has a love for creating and executing craft cocktails. Must be professional and up-to-date on modern beverage trends as well as all of the classic cocktails. Wine knowledge also required. Must have actual experience working in a fast-paced bar for a minimum of two years, as well as fine dining restaurant exp. Bartender course completion alone does not constitute experience.

BUSSER:

This is a fast-paced job which includes clearing and re-setting tables. Candidates must have attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with the staff and with guests. A great attitude is a must and prior full service restaurant exp is required. Positions available at Paragary's Midtown.
