We're looking for bartenders who can keep up in a fast-paced environment while delivering great hospitality and creating a fun experience for every guest. What You'll Do Provide fast, friendly, and genuine service to every guest at the bar and surrounding area Make and serve beer, wine, and cocktails accurately and efficiently Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times Engage with guests and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts Handle cash, tabs, and payments accurately Check IDs and follow all alcohol service guidelines Help maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant when needed What We're Looking For Bartending experience preferred (high-volume experience is a plus) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stay calm and move quickly under pressure Great communication and team-first mindset Attention to detail and pride in your work Availability for nights and weekends Why Work With Us Fun, fast-paced work environment in Pacific Beach Competitive hourly + tips Opportunities to grow with a expanding restaurant group Team-focused culture that values hard work and having a good time Our Culture At Sandbox Pizza, we believe in working hard, having fun, and taking care of our guests and each other.
