Plus Tips Position Overview:
As a FOH Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the service team, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and assisting in the smooth operation of the dining room. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for excellence will help elevate service to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
    Team Leadership:
    Supervise and mentor a team of servers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet our high standards of service.
      Guest Relations:
      Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional manner; address any concerns or special requests promptly and effectively.
        Service Excellence:
        Ensure that all aspects of service, from table settings to food delivery, are executed to the highest standard; maintain a keen eye for detail.
          Operational Efficiency:
          Assist in managing dining room flow, seating arrangements (OpenTable), and staff assignments to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
            Menu Knowledge:
            Stay well-informed about the menu, including daily specials, seasonal ingredients and be able to provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer guests' questions.
              Conflict Resolution:
              Handle any issues or complaints with professionalism and a focus on finding solutions that enhance the guest experience.
                Training & Development:
                Lead by example, providing ongoing training and feedback to servers to improve their skills and performance.
                  Administrative Duties:
                  Assist with inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed such as nightly cash outs & filling in for General Manager during absences
                  Qualifications:
                    Experience:
                    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fine dining environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
                      Skills:
                      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership abilities; adept at multitasking and problem-solving.
                        Knowledge:
                        In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine and beverage pairings, and menu development.
                          Attitude:
                          A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
                            Appearance:
                            Well-groomed and professional appearance, in line with our company's standards.
                            Physical Requirements:
                            • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
                            • Ability to lift and carry trays and other items as needed.
                            • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
