Job Description:
The Bartender is responsible for delivering elevated hospitality and exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced modern steakhouse environment. This role prepares cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to Superprime Steakhouse standards while providing knowledgeable, polished, and attentive guest service. Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, executing recipes consistently, supporting service teams during high-volume periods, monitoring inventory and restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with all alcohol service and food safety regulations. Ideal candidates possess strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented hospitality environment.
Requirements:
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, cocktail bar, or upscale dining environment preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service Certification preferred
