Full Job Description Job Summary:
Ensure excellent beverage service to all guests. Take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and meals to guests, courteously, enthusiastically and efficiently.Equity Statement:

Beverage Service Service:
(60%) Greet all guests and enter their orders into Dinerware accurately Be knowledgeable of the menu Maintain complete knowledge of all wines by the glass and the wine lists Maintain complete knowledge of all designated glassware and garnishes for each drink Know all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic beverage selections Abide by state liquor service standards, particularly those prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated persons Adhere to all Health and Safety code standards Promote the FC Winery and up sell Coppola wines and products Strive for 100% satisfaction for all guest experiences Communicate with Manager when guest issues arise Dress appropriately in uniform for shiftsPreparation:
(20%) Stock all barware and garnishes appropriate for business levels Reset bar after each guest completes their meal Assist in taking inventories of silverware and glassware Stock ice bar Inspect cleanliness and condition of bar and service areas, report issues Report stock inventory shortages to supervisor Make recommendations regarding replacement of equipmentClosing:
(20%) Close out all the tables on the Dinerware system Print the cash-out report Place credit card and cash from customers in the cash-out envelope and ensure these items total and balance accurately to the cash-out report Declare tips accurately Take dirty linen downstairs Date all open bottles Stock wine and beer for next day opening Leave all glassware clean and polished for next day opening Leave espresso machine and dishwasher clean for next day opening Check in with Manager at the end of each shiftSupervisory Responsibilities:

High school diploma or general education degree 2 years of prior bartender or barista experience and/or trainingKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
