We pour at luxury weddings, corporate galas, rooftop cocktail hours, milestone birthdays, and backyard celebrations across San Francisco. We are a growing private bartending company and we are looking for skilled, reliable, and personable bartenders in Hammonton to grow with us. This is a W2 position with flexible scheduling. You choose which events you accept. What You'll Do Serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine at private events across the San Francisco area. Set up and break down your bar station before and after each event. Follow event specific drink menus provided by The Mix Fix. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar area throughout service. Deliver a guest experience that makes every event memorable. Communicate with management before, during, and after events as needed. What We're Looking For TABC certified (or willing to obtain before first event). At least 2 years of bartending experience. Private event experience preferred but not required. Must be 21 or older with reliable transportation. Punctual, professional, and great with people. Available to work Saturdays. Able to lift 40 lbs (ice, coolers, supplies). Pay and Benefits $25 to $30 per hour plus tips. All tips are yours to keep, 100%. The Mix Fix never takes a cut of the tips. Paid within 48 business hours of your event. W2 employment with taxes withheld and a W2 issued at year end. Covered under company liquor liability and general liability insurance while working events. Flexible scheduling with no minimum event requirement. You accept or decline events based on your availability. Performance based pay increases after a successful onboarding period. Why The Mix Fix We are not a staffing agency. We are a brand.
