In this dual role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and crafting a variety of cocktails. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Qualifications Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred. Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Indiana. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
