Following the set recipes of The Table is required at all times to ensure a consistent product for our guests. The bartender is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable bar that is stocked appropriately for service. Above all, a bartender at The Table is responsible for safe and responsible service of alcoholic beverages at all times—confirming legal drinking age through acceptable identification, refusing service to guests who are not of legal drinking age or who may be intoxicated, and communicating with management of any incident involving alcohol. As a bartender at The Table you must have the knowledge, character, drive and attitude to learn what you do not know and TEACH what you do know. Your job is multifaceted and you must have a command of liquor, wine, beer, food, recipes, mixology, people, POS, and the possess the ability to make correct change in order for you to be successful; all that and you have to be hospitable too!
