Bartender Toro Mambo Traditional Mexican Kitchen & Bar is looking for a professional, energetic, and experienced Bartender to join our team as we begin an exciting new chapter. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about cocktails, and committed to creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Responsibilities- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
- Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Follow proper food and beverage safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with California regulations. Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Create high-quality cocktails with attention to presentation, flavor, and consistency.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and reliable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.
