Barbacks and Bartenders

The Green Bottle is looking for bartenders and barbacks to join our opening team. Located next to the new High St Deli and opening just before summer, The Green Bottle is bringing our liquor label to life as a neighborhood bar built on quality, hospitality, and community. We're ambitious in what we create, but grounded in being a true local spot—a place where people feel comfortable whether they're stopping in for a craft cocktail, a beer, a glass of wine, or a simple shot. At the foundation of what we do is an emphasis on quality, locality, and seasonality—without ever losing sight of approachability. We take pride in thoughtful, creative cocktails, but beverages are only part of what makes this place special. Above all else, we care about making sure every guest has a genuinely great experience. We're looking for bar staff who understand that hospitality comes first. People who take pride in their craft, work hard for their team, and know how to create a warm, welcoming, and lively atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming bar experience
• Build genuine relationships with regulars and first-time guests alike
• Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently guide guest choices
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team culture
• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and daily bar prep Qualifications
• Previous bartending or barback experience preferred
• Strong hospitality mindset and guest-first attitude
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills
