Responsibilities:
Clean Restaurant /Bar Area to like new condition during and after every shift Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables/Bar top Restock ice (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility) Sweep floors (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility) Mop floors (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility) Perform other restaurant duties as assigned (i.e., Run food, run drinks, help teammates, restroom checks, take inventory, etc.) Interact with guests professionally Light cleaning Complete Knowledge of Bar Standards, Expectations, and Recipes Consistency Competency - Product knowledge is paramount.
