Job Description:

Daring to Dream Events is seeking professional, personable bartenders to join our growing team. We specialize in upscale weddings and private events, delivering a polished, guest-focused experience from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and takes pride in their work behind the bar.

Responsibilities:

Set up and break down bar stations Prepare and serve beer, wine, and signature cocktails efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar area Provide exceptional guest service with a positive, outgoing attitude Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines Work closely with event staff and coordinators to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred (events or high-volume a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work evenings and weekends Reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor RBS Certification (or willingness to obtain)
