Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Assist in promoting specials or upselling beverages to increase sales and enhance guest experience. Collaborate with team members during busy hours, including serving at nightclubs or banquet events, ensuring smooth operations. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a restaurant, nightclub, or bar. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management. Understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets.
