Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote our offerings Manage all aspects of bar service, including processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to excite our patrons and stay ahead of industry trends Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate with management regarding stock orders Handle cash handling duties efficiently while ensuring accuracy in sales reporting and daily reconciliations Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments with strong bartending skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions swiftly and accurately Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a lively atmosphere Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently without compromising quality Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and billing accuracy Join us as a Bartender if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, crafting creative beverages, and thriving in a vibrant hospitality environment.
