Bartender - Sonder DTSA Santa Ana, CA | Part-time / Full-time Sonder is a hi-fi listening bar and Asian fusion restaurant in Downtown Santa Ana. We serve bold, seasonal food, rotating craft cocktails, and great music all under one roof. The vibe is elevated but approachable. Think the best dinner party you've ever been to, but it's a restaurant. We're growing our bar team and looking for someone who takes the craft seriously. What we're looking for: 3-5 years craft bar experience in a quality-driven environment RBS certified Bar Smarts certified preferred Deep cocktail knowledge - classics, balance, technique, and palate Comfortable executing a rotating, seasonal menu with consistency Works well under pressure without sacrificing hospitality Reliable, professional, and genuinely a team player What you'll do: Execute our rotating craft cocktail program with care and consistency Deliver warm, attentive service that matches our hospitality standard Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked bar throughout service Handle cash and POS (Toast) accurately Collaborate with FOH and kitchen during service and private events Support buyout and event service as needed Nice to have: Experience with private dining, buyout events, or high-volume listening bars.
