TMNT Pizzeria is hiring for team members, shift leads, pizza makers, and bartenders to join the Ninja Turtle Team! We will be hosting a hiring event on Monday, May 18th at our location in Santa Monica. To attend, please reserve a time slot with us by sending a message and stating your position of interest. Walk-ins are welcome, but you will be prioritized if you reserve a time slot. Here are the available time slots: 11:00am 11:30am 12:00pm 12:30pm 1:00pm 1:30pm 2:00pm 2:30pm 3:00pm 3:30pm Location will be at: 1444 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA 90401. As a TMNT Pizzeria team member, you'll embody the values of the Ninja Turtles—teamwork, loyalty, and always striving to be your best. You'll welcome guests with a friendly attitude, create unforgettable moments through top-notch service, and join a crew of passionate teammates ready to make every shift feel like a pizza party straight out of the sewers. Cowabunga!Key Responsibilities:
Delivering warm and charismatic customer service Carrying out essential store operations to ensure business function, such as restocking and cleaning Carrying out cash transactions and signing guests up for rewards Conducting opening and closing procedures according to the company standard Displaying product knowledge and relaying it to guests Maintaining presentation standards within the store Adhering to food safety practices and procedures Carrying out inventory and logistical processes to support the business Staying engaged with weekly updates and memosBasic Qualifications:
Ability to stand for long periods of time, as well as serve guests using the proper techniques. Ability to lift 40 pounds Valid California Food Handler's Card Ability to walk up and down staircases as needed Proficiency in the English languagePhysical Requirements:

The Front of House (FOH) Lead helps ensure each shift runs smoothly by supporting the FOH team, maintaining service standards, and assisting management with daily operations. This role leads by example on the floor, supports guest service, and steps in as Manager on Duty when needed. The FOH Lead reports directly to the Store Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily operations of the FOH team, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and food runners. Ensure all service standards, cleanliness standards, and operational procedures are followed. Monitor service flow and assist staff during busy periods. Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant. Communicate with the kitchen team regarding specials and service expectations. Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner. Assist management in monitoring labor levels and staffing needs. Leadership /Supervisory Responsibilities:
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present. Provide guidance and support to FOH staff during service. Assist with the training and development of FOH employees. Ensure staff compliance with company policies and labor laws.Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment. Strong understanding of FOH roles, including host, server, bartender, and food runner. Valid California ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to successfully pass a background check screening as a condition of employment.Pizza Maker Role Overview:
The Pizza Maker (Line Cook) plays a key role in maintaining the daily operations of the kitchen and supporting the Chef in delivering high-quality food and efficient service. This role works directly on the line, assists with production, and helps ensure all kitchen operations meet company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and team performance. Pizza Maker/Line Cook reports directly to the Sous Pizza Maker, with support from the Head Pizza Maker.Key Responsibilities:
Work on the line daily to support kitchen production and assist other line cooks. Ensure recipes, portioning, and food presentation meet company standards. Monitor kitchen cleanliness and sanitation practices. Maintain a safe work environment free from hazards such as spills and slip risks.Basic Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Line Cook. Valid California Food Handler's Card Ability to communicate effectively with managers, staff, and guests. Ability to adapt to operational changes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended shifts (8-12 hours). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive kitchen tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, kitchen equipment, and varying noise levelsSkills & Competencies:

The Bartender plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering high-quality beverages and excellent service at the bar. This role serves as a direct connection between guests and the restaurant, using strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and hospitality to ensure every guest feels welcome and well cared for. The Bartender reports to the Bar Manager and the Store Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and service standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after service. Accurately input orders into the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen and Front of House (FOH) team. Suggestively sell menu items and provide recommendations to guests. Monitor guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens. Assist with side work, including stocking, cleaning, and resetting the bar area. Ensure proper cash handling and accurate guest check management.Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of bartending or hospitality experience in a full-service restaurant environment. High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Valid California certifications, including: Food Handler Certificate, Responsible Beverage Service Certification, and Sexual Harassment Prevention Certification. Ability to comply with company policies, attendance standards, and safety programs. Must be able to successfully pass a background check screening as a condition of employment.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and move continuously during shifts lasting 6-8 hours or more. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.Pay:
