As a Barback, you will support bartenders and staff by ensuring the bar area is stocked, clean, and ready to serve guests with enthusiasm. Only people who can work all 3 days of the festival will be considered.

Event Hours:

Friday:

3:00 p.m.•11:00 p.m.

Saturday:

12:00 p.m.•11:00 p.m.

Sunday:

12:00 p.m.•10:00 p.m. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking alcohol, mixers, glassware, and bar tools swiftly and efficiently throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning glasses, utensils, counters, and equipment regularly Ensure all food handling and safety standards are followed meticulously in accordance with health regulations Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing transactions accurately when required Lift and transport any alcohol and glassware stock. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests courteously and professionally during busy hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices Prior bartending or barista experience is beneficial but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The position is primarily an outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
