Server / Sommelier Wine Bar & Retail Space Santa Rosa, CA We are building a welcoming, community-driven wine bar and retail space designed to be a positive, safe, and inspiring environment for both guests and team members. Our goal is to make wine approachable, fun, and engaging while offering a thoughtfully curated selection that encourages discovery and connection. We are looking for full-time and part-time server/sommeliers who are interested in learning and expanding their food, wine and hospitality knowledge. The server/sommeliers are responsible for providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Frenchie's will be serving a large variety of wines from around the world and a small selection of curated bites, caviar and conservas. This role will involve having an understanding of our food and beverage menu as well as being able to answer questions, make recommendations, and wine pairing suggestions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, education, and community. Compensation:

Starting at $18.21/hour plus tips Requirements Must be 21 years or older and hold valid local permits like a food handler card and responsible beverage service (RBS) certification. Prior customer service or restaurant background Strong wine knowledge; WSET or CMS certification is a plus Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
