We are looking to hire professional bartenders with at least one year of experience working at a professional bar. The festival is from June 12th to June 14th at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. The position is primarily an outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions. All bars are cashless and bartenders will pool tips.•Only people who can work all 3 days of the festival will be considered.•

12:00 p.m.•11:00 p.m.

Sunday:

12:00 p.m.•10:00 p.m. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks. Use POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures while balancing registers at shift end. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to ensure safety. Requires standing, walking, and mobility throughout festival grounds for extended periods Qualifications Professional experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and transaction processing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and restaurant math for order accuracy. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous; retail math skills are a plus.
