Server/Bartender

Job Overview:

Join our team as a Bartender and Server at our vibrant Santa Rosa Taproom. Greet and educate guests about our brewery, unique beers, and creative menu. Fogbelt Brewing Co. is a craft brewery with taprooms in Santa Rosa and Healdsburg as well as a production facility.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems and cash registers
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling food and beverages
• All aspects of FOH service, including: Greeting/seating guests, serving drinks, running food, taking orders, and bussing.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant, brewery, or similar setting
• Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of brewing and craft beer is a big plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
• Toast a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
