Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether mixing cocktails, managing POS systems, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively setting while contributing to a fun and energetic team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Operate POS systems such as Toast POS efficiently for order processing and billing. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy hours or special events. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, cocktail bars is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service is essential.
