Our teams span culinary, warehouse, logistics, administrative, and field-based roles across a range of high-profile and high-volume event environments We are seeking hardworking and dependable Porters to join our seasonal team at Mountain Winery. Position Summary The Porter plays a key role in supporting event operations by managing the flow of products, equipment, and supplies throughout the venue. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, organizing storage areas, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and ensuring equipment is properly stored after events. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that requires attention to detail, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities Operational Support Receive and organize product deliveries, including beverage and event supplies Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and storing event equipment Support setup and breakdown for catered events Organize and maintain storage areas throughout the venue Assist with inventory and tracking of catering equipment and supplies Ensure equipment and rental items are returned and stored properly after events CleaningOrganization Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of storage spaces and work areas Perform regular deep cleaning of storage and operational areas Keep equipment organized and event-ready Team Support Assist managers and event teams as needed during events Follow operational procedures and safety guidelines Support overall event success through teamwork and flexibility Qualifications Required High School diploma or GED equivalent Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Weekend and evening availability required Preferred Previous hospitality, catering, warehouse, or customer service experience Food Handler Certification Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying Ability to push and pull equipment carts and supplies Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work long shifts, including up to 12 hours during events Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
