No housing provided Summary of Position Delivering outstanding customer service while responsibly preparing and serving restaurant beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as occasionally taking and delivered food orders, in a timely and efficient manner and in compliance with all laws and regulations as well as per Company guidelines. Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently prepare drink orders for bar, restaurant, and sand pit per Company procedures Possess thorough knowledge of food and drink menu promotions and specials Ability to accurately and honestly handle cash and credit card transactions, tips and sales reports Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and Company policy Ensure bar is stocked, cleaned, and organized at all times Assist with inventory ordering and management as needed Ensure bar is always properly open and closed to maintain tidiness Position Requirements Excellent organizational skills, able to work independently as well as part of a team Brings a positive and upbeat attitude every day to work Customer-oriented- going above and beyond to service every guest equally Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts Excellent communication skills; ability to count change and reconcile paperwork Enjoys working in a fast paced environment, spending entire shift on feet, in close proximity to other people Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally and understand that position involves frequent bending, twisting, squatting and turning in addition to standing up to 8 hours per day Obtain California Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service Training withing 1 month of employment
Education and Experience Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
