The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in delivering high-quality service in our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Micros POS systems. Monitor guest consumption levels and ensure responsible serving practices are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and serve food Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, including new cocktails, brewing techniques, and food pairings. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proven customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions are essential. Experience in the food industry, including food service, catering, or banquet operations is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required.
