In this dual role, you will be the heart of our establishment, crafting delicious meals and expertly mixing drinks to create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, culinary skills, and flair for hospitality will contribute to a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation Mix and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with professionalism and flair Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bar areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes or drink recipes based on current trends and guest preferences Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to streamline service Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing excellent food service experience Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to promote safety and hygiene Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or bartending within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques Skilled in knife skills, meal preparation, and culinary techniques suitable for fine dining environments Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of menu planning, catering services, and food industry standards is desirable Join us if you're passionate about creating delicious dishes and memorable drinks while providing outstanding service.
