Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for accurate change. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings, while adhering to responsible serving policies. Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering beverages to ensure availability during busy hours. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol serving policies. Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards. Experience with retail math skills for cash handling, tipping calculations, and inventory management.
