Our $225 per guest tasting menu focuses on precision, seasonality, and exceptional ingredients. We feature curated wine and sake pairings designed to elevate each course. Position Overview We are seeking a Sommelier/Bartender who is passionate about wine and hospitality. This role combines beverage service with guest interaction, focusing on guiding guests through thoughtful wine pairings while also supporting bar operations. Sake knowledge is a strong plus. Responsibilities Recommend and serve wine pairings aligned with the omakase menu Engage guests with clear, confident, and approachable wine knowledge Execute beverage service during both nightly seatings Assist with bar service (wine, sake, and limited cocktails if applicable) Collaborate with the chef on pairing selections Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and wine storage Help manage inventory and restocking Qualifications Solid knowledge of wine and pairing fundamentals Prior experience in a restaurant (fine dining preferred) Sake knowledge is a plus, but not required Strong communication and hospitality skills Professional, polished presentation What We Offer Starting pay at a minimum of $21/hour + tips Intimate, high-end service environment Opportunity to grow within a premium concept Hands-on experience with curated pairings and guest education Additional Details This position includes a paid two-week trial/training period , after which continued employment will be determined based on performance and fit.
