Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks from our extensive menu or create custom cocktails using beverage recipe development skills Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Provide exceptional customer service by creating a lively yet professional atmosphere, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions Requirements Have to be 21 and over with experience in bartending Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or related food service roles within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and cocktail recipes; experience with beverage recipe development is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fine dining or nightclub settings Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with food service operations including serving at restaurants or banquet events; catering experience is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive on creating memorable guest experiences, and want to grow your bartending expertise in a lively setting.
