Must have at least 2 years of serving experience as well as 2 years of bartending experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers
• Assist with catering and banquet events as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
• Familiarity with retail math for inventory management purposes
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and management
