The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with catering events and banquets as needed, providing beverage service to guests. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable. Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
