Job Description

Mixologist / Experienced Bartender Chateau is seeking an experienced and passionate Mixologist to join our team. We are looking for a hospitality professional with a deep understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and elevated guest service. This role is ideal for someone who views bartending as both a craft and a form of hospitality, taking pride in precision, consistency, and creating exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of cocktail history, technique, flavor profiles, and beverage trends, while maintaining the ability to deliver refined, personalized service in a fast-paced, high-expectation dining environment. Responsibilities Prepare and execute cocktails with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine, beer, and cocktail composition. Engage guests with confidence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Guide guests through beverage selections and provide thoughtful recommendations based on preferences. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient bar at all times. Execute opening, service, and closing procedures to the highest standard. Monitor inventory, communicate product needs, and assist with ordering and bar organization. Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards. Collaborate with management and culinary teams on seasonal cocktail development and beverage programming. Contribute to a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of high-level bartending or mixology experience. Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, spirits, wine, and beverage pairings. Strong understanding of cocktail balance, ingredients, flavor development, and presentation. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Professional appearance and polished communication skills. Experience in chef-driven, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or elevated beverage programs preferred. Passion for continuous learning and hospitality excellence.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$17-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips.
