Saturday and/or Sunday availability is required.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages to our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer preferences and company standards
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately using cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service practices
• Multitasking with serving guests while bartending.

Skills required:

• Knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Proficiency in retail math for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Understanding of food safety regulations to ensure safe handling of ingredients
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
• Familiarity with the food industry, including knowledge of different types of beverages and their pairings
• Sales skills to promote specials, upsell products, and increase revenue
• Able to lift at least 40lb as we have many kegs that are frequently changed along with other duties that may require lifting.
• Proficiency in using Toast POS is a plus
• Knowledge with espresso machines is a plus.
• Wine knowledge is a plus.
