Crawford's Social is looking for a daytime Bar Prep & Barback to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced restaurant professionals who are eager to learn the craft of high-end bartending in a fast-paced, cocktail-driven environment. You'll work alongside a talented bar team, master the foundations of world-class cocktails, and gain hands-on experience with fresh ingredients, premium products, and the systems that make a top-tier bar successful. ACCOUNTABLE TO
Bar Manager, Management
KNOWLEDGE
You will be expected to learn the following during the training process: Understand and perform all duties assigned to you by your management team Working knowledge and preparation of all Bar recipes. Thoroughly understand and operate all equipment needed for preparing recipes. Proper sorting of stock from Liquor Shipments Serve Safe
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Specified preparation of Syrups, Juices, Batches, which includes quality as well as timeliness. Recipe preparation and execution. Rotation of all stock and proper labeling of product. Transportation of products between bar and off sight office (same parking lot, golf cart provided for use) Side work - as assigned by management (cleaning, restocking, miscellaneous duties) Clean-up duties - Bar Area, kitchen prep area, fridges, floors, keg room. Consistently work in a clean/organized and efficient manner. Ability to take direction and work in a team environment. Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts Upbeat and energetic attitude Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, Health Department and all safety regulations. Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently. Can stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift.
