The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, This is a private club that proudly serves our veterans and other members of the past and present military branches. We are currently recruiting for both day and night bartenders. Base pay plus tips. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Engage with customers, providing exceptional service while taking drink orders Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in catering events as needed, providing beverage services that align with event themes and guest preferences. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines. Stay informed about current events around the club to answer questions. Skills Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within restaurants or nightclubs. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
