• Join our dynamic team at Stone Cellar Bistro, a vibrant and upscale cocktail bar and restaurant in the heart of Olde Town Arvada. We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our guests' experience with exceptional caring service.

• Job Overview:

• At Stone Cellar Bistro, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide outstanding service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

• Duties:

• Serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines and food
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and offering recommendations when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including equipment, glassware, and supplies
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing cash registers and POS systems
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in service
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in serving roles
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
• Understanding of brewing, liquor and wine processes is a plus
• Previous experience in food industry settings is advantageous.
